How To Change A Staff Member's Event Color

For companies with multiple staff members, color-coding the Scheduler Calendar by staff member can make it easier to view.

On the bottom-left of the Scheduler, you can toggle between coloring by staff, status, or service at any time, and you can set a default Scheduling Colors in Company Settings - Scheduler.

On each staff members profile, you can select their color in the "Schedule" tab:

Click on Schedule tab - Staff Event Color

You can choose from several pre-defined colors or click on "Custom Color" to open a color picker and create a new color for that staff member.
