How To Change A Staff Member's Event Color

For companies with multiple staff members, color-coding the Scheduler Calendar by staff member can make it easier to view.

On the bottom right of the Scheduler, you can toggle between coloring by staff or by event status at any time, and you can set a default Scheduling Colors in Company Settings - Scheduler.

On each staff members profile, you can select their color in the "Schedule" tab:

Click on Schedule tab - Staff Event Color

You can choose from several pre-defined colors or click on "Custom Color" to open a color picker and create a new color for that staff member.
