View Scheduling Conflicts
Sometimes it can be difficult keeping track of staff time off and scheduling conflicts with overlapping services for staff. The best way to check to see if there are any conflicts is to use the Scheduler's Conflict Mode button.
First, navigate to the Scheduler and click the grey "Conflict Mode" button below the scheduling filters and next to the "Bulk Update" button.
After selecting the "Conflict Mode" button, a smaller window will appear asking which scheduling conflicts to include. After clicking "Show Conflict Mode" the calendar will generate all of the events that show any overlaps with scheduled services or within a staff's time off.
To turn off Conflict Mode, follow the previous steps, then select the "Normal Mode" button.
