Bulk Completing Past Events
If you have a large number of overdue services that were never marked complete (but have actually been completed), you can easily mark them all as Complete by going to the “Overdue Events” section of the Schedule Reports and clicking the “Mark All Past Incomplete As Complete” button.
Note: This tool will mark all events that have a start time in the past as completed, so it is best to do this at the end of the day to ensure that events in progress or late to start do not get mistakenly marked as completed.
