Changing A Client's Password
If a client is having trouble resetting their password or are not able to access the internet to change the password themselves, office managers or admins can change a client's password for them.
Navigate to the client's profile and click the blue Quick Actions menu on the right hand side of the screen. Then select "Change Client's Password".
The "Change Client Password" window will open. First, input your account password, then input the new client password and confirm the new client password in the next field before selecting the blue "Change Client's Password" button to complete the process.
Note: This will not send the client a notification and their old password will no longer work.
