Time To Pet's Gallery feature is a hub where you can find all the photos and videos you've shared with your clients. You'll find it in the Messages > Gallery section of your account. Currently, the gallery is only accessible to staff members in the Administrator or Office Manager role. It is not available to staff members with the Staff/User or Trainee role.
Pro Tip: Clients can also access a Media Gallery for their pictures and videos from the Time To Pet Mobile App. See on our help documentation for the Media Gallery On Client App for more information!

Downloading your favorite shots is super easy - just hit the "Download" button under any photo or video you want. This will open the image in a new tab in your browser, where you can right-click it to save it to your device.
