Updating Your Time To Pet Subscription Payment Method

Learn how to update your time to pet subscription payment method in Time To Pet.

To manage your subscription payments or update your payment method in Time To Pet, navigate to the Billing section of your account. Here, you can:

Time To Pet subscriptions are billed automatically using the payment method you have on file. There is no self-serve option to manually submit payments. This ensures that your subscription remains active without requiring manual intervention.

  • Update the credit or debit card associated with your account.

  • Access your payment history and Active User reports for each subscription payment

Additionally, you can switch between monthly and annual billing options if you are on the Solo plan, with the annual plan offering cost savings equivalent to two free months.

How to Access the Billing Section:

  • On Desktop/Laptop: Click your profile image in the upper-right corner of the screen, then select Billing.

  • On Mobile/Smaller Devices: Tap the menu icon in the upper-left corner, navigate to My Account, and then select Billing. From the Billing section, you can update the card on file and manage your payments.

You can also view detailed transaction records and download receipts for your payments.

Are There Monthly Fees for Pet Parents?

Pet parents using the Time To Pet app do not pay any monthly fees to use the platform. Payments made by clients are strictly for services scheduled or completed by their pet care provider.
