My Info In The Client Portal

Learn how to manage your personal information in the client portal in Time To Pet.

The "My Info" page allows you to keep your contact information up to date. To start, click on the "My Info" link at the top of the page once you have logged in to your portal.

Use the fields on this page to update your information:

And when you're ready to save your information, scroll down to the bottom of the page and click the "Save Changes" button to save your changes:

Add Or Adjust An Automatic Tip

Note: Depending on your pet care company's settings, this option may or may not be visible to you.

On the right-hand side of the screen, you can add or adjust an Automatic Tip amount. This flat rate or percentage will be automatically added to invoices created after the Automatic Tip is added.

You can adjust this amount anytime by clicking the pencil icon under "Auto Tip" and changing the amount and/or type. Select the percent (%) sign for a percentage or the dollar ($) sign for a flat rate amount. Click the floppy disk icon to save once you have entered your desired Auto Tip amount.
