Facility: General Company Settings

Learn how to manage company settings in Time To Pet Facility.

This section of your Company Settings allows you to configure various details about your company that impact how information is displayed to both your clients and staff. The following is a list of all available settings and includes a brief description for each.

Primary Contact Details

Company Name

This is where you can enter your company name. This will appear in many places in Time To Pet, including on your invoices, in emails sent to clients, and on the page where clients log into your company's Client Portal.

Company Email

This is where you can enter your company email address. This can be the same (or can be different) from your admin email address. This will be included in many places in Time To Pet, including on your invoices, in emails sent to clients, and on your Client Portal website.

Company Website

This is where you can enter your company website. This will be included in many places in Time To Pet, including on your invoices, in emails sent to clients, and on your Client Portal.

Social Pages

You can add your social media pages here. These links will be included in emails and at the footer of your Client Portal.

Primary Phone

This is where you can enter your primary company phone number. This will be included in many places in Time To Pet, including on your invoices and on your Client Portal. Adding your phone number is completely optional, and not all customers do so.

Secondary Phone

This is where you can enter your secondary company phone number. This will be included in many areas of Time To Pet, including on your invoices and in your Client Portal. Not all customers have a secondary phone number, and adding one is completely optional.


Address

Your company’s main place of business. This information will appear in many places in Time To Pet, including on your invoices and on your Client Portal website. If you prefer clients not to know your address (especially if it is the same as your home address), you can skip this field, as it is completely optional.


Locale

Currency

This is where you can enter specific information about the locale of your business. For example - you can adjust the currency used in Time To Pet, add tax rates, and list zip codes your business serves.

Tax Rate(s)

Time To Pet supports sales tax that can be automatically added to client invoices. For more information on Sales Tax and how this feature works, check our Sales Tax help documentation.c
