What You Will See

Your notifications are listed with the newest at the top. Scroll down to load older notifications. Pull down from the top of the list to check for new ones.

If you have not received any notifications yet, you will see the message No notifications yet.

What Is Included

The history shows notifications from the last 90 days. Older notifications are removed automatically.

Only notifications that were sent to you as push notifications will appear in the list. By default, this includes:

  • New messages from your pet care company, including private messages

  • An event has started alerts

  • Whether your pet's vaccination record was approved or declined

Depending on the types of notifications your pet care company has enabled, the types of notifications you see may differ.
