Configuring The Homepage
By default, the home page (the first page you see after logging into Time To Pet) will display your daily calendar and a list of all visits that have a start time in the past and have not yet been marked as completed.
The widgets shown on the homepage are configurable in both their layout and the reports that are shown.
Widgets are only configurable by those with Administrator roles.
Up to four widgets can be enabled at one time.
Configuring The Homepage
Click the Configure button on the top left of the Homepage:
The first step is to select a layout. This will determine how many and in what configuration the reports are displayed on your homepage. To continue, select a layout from the available options:
To add a widget to a particular box, click the Select Widget button, select your desired widget from the drop-down list, and click the "Save" button next to that widget.
You can change an already selected widget by clicking the Edit link in the respective box.
To finalize your changes, make sure to click the Save Changes button at the bottom right of the page.
List of Available Widgets
Pending Requests- A list of all pending schedule requests with a quick link to process each one.
Upcoming Pet Birthdays - A list of all pending pet birthdays for your clients.
Vaccinations Due Soon- A list of all pets with vaccinations that are due soon or past due.
Past Due Invoices- A list of all invoices currently past due. Includes a quick tool to email the invoice to your Client.
Current Week Revenue- A chart of your current week's revenue.
Current Month Revenue- A chart of your current month's revenue.
Current Quarter Revenue -A chart of this and your past 2 months of revenue.
Current Year Revenue - A chart of your current year revenue.
Past/Present/Future Revenue - Chart of last month, this month, and next month's revenue.
Daily Calendar - The default widget. A calendar of just today's visits.
Daily Timeline - This widget allows you to view all of your events for a single day in a horizontal view with the staff members on the y-axis and the timeline on the x-axis.
Incomplete Visit List- The other default widget. A list of all visits that have a start time in the past but have not yet been marked as completed.
Weekly Visit Report- A chart of your daily visit count for the current week.
Monthly Visit Report- A chart of your daily visit count for the current month.
Upcoming First Visits - A list of all first visits for your clients. Includes a quick tool to email a confirmation of the visit to your client and a report of whether or not the assigned sitter is in possession of a key for the client.
Current & Future Last Visits - A list of all last visits for the past 24 hours and in the next few days.
Upcoming Tasks - A list of all open tasks.
