Mobile App Field Visibility

When your staff members are viewing their daily schedule on the mobile application, the default information they will see is limited to make the most efficient use of the small screen size. If you wish to add additional information to each visit, you can easily do so in the Field Visibility section. Many businesses will add the Event Note and Access Instructions fields to this section.

This is where you can customize the fields that appear to you and your team when viewing events on the Mobile App. Many companies will add their Event Notes field or any fields that are important for staff to see just as they are starting an event.

Configuring Field Visibility

  1. Login to your Dashboard.
  2. Using the sidebar navigation select “Settings”.
  3. Click on the link labeled “Field Visibility” in the Mobile App section.
  4. Using the drop down selector, you can add any number of fields such as the client’s phone number or emergency contact name for example.
  5. Make sure to click the “Add Field” button.

Remember, your staff can always click Client Details to get their full profile with all of the pet information as well.
