Limiting Services to Specific Schedule Blocks
Many pet care businesses do not offer all their services in the same Schedule Blocks. For example - you may have a Boarding service that is only available in your "Overnight" schedule block or a cat sitting service that is only available in your "Anytime" schedule block. The limiting services to specific schedule blocks feature makes this easy. As a reminder - limiting services to specific schedule blocks only restricts your client's ability to request services in specific schedule blocks. This does not impact your ability to schedule events in Time To Pet as an account admin or manager.

Limiting Services to Specific Schedule Blocks
Note: Before you can limit services to specific Schedule Blocks, you need to have Schedule Blocks configured for your business and at least one service. Here are some help docs on these topics: Schedule Blocks and Services.
To get started, first, edit your service from the Service List and click the "Scheduling" tab:
There are two options available in Scheduling. By default, there will be no limits on the service:
To limit the service to specific Schedule Blocks, change the dropdown menu to say "Limited To Specific Blocks":
You can then customize which Schedule Blocks clients can request this service in:
When a client selects this service, they will only be able to choose from the Schedule Blocks you check off in the above screen. For example, if you offer overnight services, you could configure this to limit the overnight service to the Overnight Schedule Block, and this is what the client would see when requesting that service:
