Color Code Schedule By Service, Staff, Or Status
Time To Pet allows you to color the Scheduler by Color by Service, Color by Staff, or Color by Status (Scheduled/In Progress, Cancelled, or Completed) and set the default Scheduler display for your company, depending on the needs of your business and your own preferences. Additionally, you can also select the colors of individual services or staff members yourself to further customize your company’s calendar.

Adjust The Scheduler Display
To adjust the display view directly on the Scheduler, navigate to the Scheduler, scroll to the bottom of the page, and adjust the dropdown option to your preferred view: "Color By Status”, “Color By Service", and “Color By Staff”.
Setting The Default Scheduler Display
To set the default Scheduler display, navigate to Settings > Scheduler > Company Settings and adjust the “Scheduling Colors” setting to the preferred display. This will set the default Schedule display for all Administrators and Office Managers across your company.
Setting The Default Color On Individual Services
To set the default color for any service, navigate to the Services List, click “Edit” next to any Service, and then find the option to adjust the Service's default color beneath the “General” heading:
Click directly on the color that needs to be changed or on "Edit":
Here, choose one of the default colors, or click on "Or Custom Color" to use a custom color:
Setting The Default Color On Individual Staff Members
To set the default color for a specific staff member, navigate to the Staff List, click on the staff member name whose event color you would like to set, and select the “Schedule” tab on their profile.
At the top of the screen you will see a section labelled “Staff Event Color”. Click directly on the color that needs to be changed or on "Edit":
