Processing Prospective Client Account Requests

Learn about processing prospective client account requests in Time To Pet.

If your Portal Settings are configured to allow prospective clients to create a new account with company approval, you can approve, reject, or delete the account request from the Approvals section of your Dashboard. If there are new client requests that are ready to process, you'll see a blue notification on the "Approvals" button in the left navigation menu:

To process the client request, click the "Process" button, then make a selection:

You'll be prompted to confirm your selection before it's finalized.
