Saving And Sharing Photos & Videos From The Time To Pet Client App

Learn how to save and share photos & videos from the Time To Pet client app.

The Client Application supports the downloading and sharing of photos from your Conversation Feed.

On both Apple and Android Devices, tap any photo from your Conversation Feed to open the gallery view.

Photos can also be viewed as a Gallery. To open the Media Gallery, tap the photo icon in the upper left corner of the conversation page. To view a photo, simply tap on one to see a larger view.

Note: The Media Gallery is only available through the Time To Pet mobile app.

When viewing a photo, scroll left or right to view additional photos. If there is a photo you would like to save to your device or share, click the "Save Image" button at the top to save it to your device's photo gallery or click "Share" to add it to an email, text message, or any social media platform you have enabled sharing for.

To exit out of the gallery view, click the circled "X" in the upper right-hand corner.

Saving And Sharing Videos From The Time To Pet Client App

The Client Application supports the downloading and sharing of videos from your Client App.

On both Apple and Android Devices, tap "Play Video" on any video from your Conversation Feed to view the content. You can also access videos from the Gallery page.

At the top of the screen (you may need to tap it first), you should see two different options: “Save Video” and “Share”. Click the “Save Video” button to download it onto your device. Once it’s downloaded, you should see a message that the video has been saved to your device. Or click "Share" to add it to an email, text message, or any social media platform you have enabled sharing for.
