Resetting Your Password

Learn how to reset your password as a client in Time To Pet.

If you have forgotten your password and cannot log in, you can easily reset your password. Additionally, if you are encountering login or password reset issues, troubleshooting steps can help address the problem effectively.

1. Visit the Login Page.

2. Click the link above the Password field labeled “Forgot password?”

3. Enter your email address and click the “Reset My Password” link.

Ensure that the email address you enter for the password reset process is active and accessible. Double-check for typos or errors before submitting it.

4. Time To Pet will email you with instructions on how to reset your password.

If you do not receive the password reset email, check your spam or junk mail folders. Additionally, ensure that your email service provider is not blocking emails from Time To Pet.
