Time To Pet has a robust built-in reporting tool that lets you generate a list of clients based on predefined filters. These filters can be combined in a multitude of ways to ensure you can quickly and easily segment your clients.
Note: These same reporting filters are also available when building mailing lists for Mass Emailing Clients.

Accessing Client Reporting
Log in to your Admin Dashboard in Time To Pet Facility.
Click on Reporting in the navigational sidebar on the left-hand side of the screen.
Then, choose Staff & Clients or Users & Clients from the submenu that appears.
By default, you will be shown the Clients tab.
Generating A List Of Clients
To begin, you need to add at least one filter. To do so, click on the Add Filter button:
The Add Filter pop-up will appear, allowing you to select from a dropdown list of all the filters available for client reporting. Filters are sorted into three categories: General, Invoicing & Payments, and Scheduling. Descriptions for each filter can be found below the name of the filter. Once you've found a filter you'd like to use, click on it to select it from the list:
A few filters require no additional information, however, many of them will ask for additional details. For example, selecting the Date Added To Time To Pet filter will then prompt you to enter a date range:

Once you have found the filter you would like to add to your report and have completed any additional steps, click the Select Filter button to add it to the list of filters you are using to generate your report.
To remove a filter from the current list, click the "X" next to the filter you want to remove:
Using Multiple Filters
You can add multiple filters at once to further narrow the list of clients you're generating for your report. When more than one filter is added, a new selector will become available that allows you to choose between OR Filters and AND Filters:
OR Filters - The report will find clients that match at least one of the selected filters.
AND Filters - The report will find clients that match all of the selected filters.
βAn Example Case
To illustrate how the AND and OR functionality works for our reporting filters, imagine the following two clients:
John Doe, Credit balance of $10 and added to the system on March 10, 2024
James Smith, Credit balance of $0 and added to the system on March, 11, 2024
Imagine these two filters are applied:
Selecting the OR filter will result in both John Doe and James Smith showing up on the generated report. John Doe matches both filters, while James Smith matches the second.
Selecting the AND filter, however, will result in only John Doe showing up on the generated report. James Smith was added between March 10th - March 17th, but they do not have any credit, unlike John Doe.
