Client Request History
It's possible to view past service requests a customer has made through their client portal. This tool can come in handy when understanding if a service was scheduled from a request, and what happened to a previous request a client has made.
To see a client's past request, you can go to their profile view and select the "Quick Actions" button.
This will populate a view with the date of the requests, the service type requested, and times requested. Also, the status column will show if the request was approved or marked as unavailable.
It's important to note if a requested service was never processed and/or deleted, it will not show in the client request history. Only requests that were processed as "Mark Unavailable" or "Approve".
