Build a beautiful, AI-powered website for your pet care business, no tech skills required. With Time To Pet Websites, you can create and manage a single-page site to showcase your services, introduce your team, and help pet parents get in touch with you. Here's everything you need to know to get started!

🔑 What Are Time To Pet Websites?

Time To Pet Websites is an easy-to-use an easy-to-use, fully hosted website editor available to Time To Pet Super Administrators and Administrators. It’s powered by AI to help you launch a professional-looking website in minutes, no coding required.

💡 Note: The website is single-page only, with space for up to 4 services, 4 team members, and 8 gallery images.


🌐 How To Access Your Website

To access the website builder:

  1. Log in to your Time To Pet dashboard as an Admin on an active account.

  2. Click the "Website" icon in the left-hand navigation.

  3. A new tab will open, launching DaySmart Pro Tools (no separate login needed).

  4. Follow the prompts to start building your site!

🚫 Trial accounts will not see the Website icon.

🧠 How The AI Setup Works

Please note, the AI tool is only available during the setup wizard process, but you can always make edits (or use outside tools such as ChatGPT) to make edits after publishing!

After launching the builder, you’ll go through 6 simple steps:

  1. Business Info – Confirm your business name.

  2. Select Sections – Choose which sections (like Services or Team) you want on your site.

  3. Pick a Theme – Choose a color + font style. This can be changed later.

  4. Contact Details – Add phone, address, email, and logo.

  5. Business Description – This is where the magic happens! Describe your business and choose your tone (e.g. Professional, Enthusiastic). AI will generate your site copy and images based on this.

  6. Add Social Links – Add links to Instagram, Facebook, or LinkedIn.

Once complete, your website is generated instantly and you're dropped into the Simple Editor where you can customize everything!


🧑‍🎨 Editing Your Site

Once your site is built, use the editor tools to make changes:

  • Add/Remove Sections — Limited to available section types (e.g. max 4 services, 4 team members, 8 gallery photos).

  • Edit Copy — Just click into the text fields to edit. (Note: AI copy is only generated during setup. All changes after that must be made manually.)

  • Change Photos — Swap photos using the editor or upload your own.

  • Preview + Publish — Preview your site on desktop or mobile, and click Publish to go live!


💳 Pricing & Billing

  • Time To Pet Websites are $15/month.

  • You won’t be charged until you publish your site.

  • You can build your site for free, preview it, and edit it, payment only begins when you go live.

  • Billing is pro-rated based on your current Time To Pet billing cycle.

  • Payment is processed through Stripe and managed via DaySmart Pro Tools.


🌍 Custom Domains & Publishing

By default, your website will use a free domain like:

yourbusiness.timetopetwebsites.com

You can:

  • Edit the subdomain (e.g. change yourbusiness to downtowndogcare)

  • Or use your own custom domain that you already own (e.g. from GoDaddy)

⚠️ Domains cannot be purchased through Time To Pet at this time.


❌ Cancelling or Unpublishing Your Site

  • You can unpublish your site anytime from the Settings tab in the website editor

  • This will take the site offline, but will not cancel billing

  • To cancel billing, go to Manage Subscription in DaySmart Pro Tools

If your payment fails, Stripe will email you. After several failed attempts, your subscription will be cancelled automatically.


FAQs

Can I use this for any type of business?
Yes, but it’s best for pet care businesses with up to 4 staff and a smaller Service List.

Can I create a multi-page site?
No. This is a single-page website. Each section (Services, Team, Gallery, etc.) lives on the same page.

Can I add e-commerce?
No, but you can link to external tools like Shopify using the External Links section.

Can I add more than 4 services or team members?
Not currently, each section has a limit.

Can I change fonts or colors?
Only by switching themes. Fonts and colors are fixed per theme.

Can I reuse the AI tool to rewrite content later?
No, the AI tool is only available during the setup wizard.

How do I access Time To Pet Websites through DaySmart Pro Tools?
Selecting the "Website" options in your Time To Pet navigation menu from your dashboard will open DaySmart Pro Tools.
