Late Notifications For Services
If a staff member is late for a service, you can set an automatic notification to be sent out to the assigned staff and all admins/office managers. This setting is applied to a service through the Service List by editing the individual service. The three options to choose from are: No Reminder, After Service Start Time, and After Service End Time.
An example of how this would work: An event is scheduled at 6:00 pm with the "30 Minute Dog Walk" service. In the service details for "30 Minute Dog Walk", the late reminder is set to 15 minutes after service start. The walker assigned to the event hasn't started the service through the mobile app by 6:15 pm. This will trigger the late notification to be sent out to the staff.
