Scheduling Two Staff For One Event
Sometimes you are in the process of training a new staff member and want them to follow along with another experienced staff member. Or, you might want to send two staff members to a meet and greet. This is a great way to ease the trainee into learning how to accomplish a certain task and also understand how to use the mobile app to start and complete services. Currently, it is not possible to have two staff scheduled for a single event. The best alternative is to schedule another event for the same service and client.
When scheduling the replicated service, it would be best to not include an invoice so the client does not get charged twice for the service. You can do this when scheduling the service for the client and selecting the "Do Not Invoice" checkbox.
