Export Client Data & Mapping Locations
It is possible to export all of your client data into a spread sheet. This comes in handy to have a local file of your client information or using that data to import it elsewhere. In certain situations, it may be helpful to use that data to have a map of all your clients' locations.
Exporting Client Data
You can export your client data by going to your Main Client List in the dashboard. Located at the very bottom of the page, you should see a button labeled "Export Client Data"
Selecting the button will slide down a screen where you can select what fields you want to have populated in the file to be exported.
Once you have the fields you want, you can select the "Export Data" button on the bottom right of the screen. This will download the data as a .csv file to your computer.
Mapping Client Locations
With an exported file of your client's data, you are able to upload it to a map and have the addresses marked on a map. When exporting the client data, it's recommended to have the Full Name, Address, City, State, and Zip Code selected when exporting.
For the next step, it's required to have a google account to utilize their map feature. If you do not have a google account, you can create one or you can use another free service: https://batchgeo.com/
After downloading the client data, go to google.com/mymaps and select the "Create A New Map" button.
