Message Center

The Message Center is where you are able to review and manage communications with your clients and staff in a central area of the Time To Pet dashboard. With the ability to filter messages and other content by tag, date, type, or status, you'll be able to stay organized and keep track of all your important communication. Additionally, the Message Center allows you to draft and send mass emails (also referred to as an email campaign) to your clients or staff members.

Clients

The Clients tab of the Message Center is where you can filter and review messages sent through the client conversation feeds and private message feeds (if private messaging is enabled for your company). Messages can be filtered in various ways: by date, type, whether or not they have been starred, visibility, whether they have attachments, whether they were sent by clients or staff, and by specific clients or staff members.

The Clients tab is also where you're able to create message tags for clients and apply them directly to their messages. As tags are created and applied to messages, you can filter for messages with those tags. Multiple tags can be added to a message, and you can filter by multiple tags of your choice, as well. Once you apply the filters you want to search by, they will be displayed in a row across the top of the screen, and all of the messages that meet those specifications will appear below.

Email Clients

The Email Clients tab of the Message Center allows you to create Email Campaigns so that you can quickly send a mass email to all or a subset of your clients at one time. Messages can also be drafted and edited prior to sending. After messages have been sent, you are able to review the recipient list to see who has opened the email.

Staff

The Staff tab of the Message Center is where you are able to filter and view messages sent through a staff member's conversation feed. Staff messages can be filtered by date, whether or not they have been starred, whether they have attachments, and by message tags. You can also specify which staff member you would like to search by, as well.

The Staff tab is also where you're able to create message tags for staff and apply them directly to their messages. You can add multiple tags to a message and filter by multiple tags, as well. Once you apply the filters you want to search by, they will be displayed in a row across the top of the screen, and all of the messages that meet those specifications will appear below.

Email Staff

Gallery

This section of the Message Center is where you're able to view all photos and videos sent to your clients. Photos or videos shown here can be filtered by the date and/or client. Photos and videos can also be downloaded by clicking the "Download" button below the photo or videos you wish to download.

Scheduled

This tab of the message center is for any messages your company has scheduled to send to clients or staff. This includes conversation feed messages, service order confirmations, emailed invoices, email campaigns to clients, and email campaigns to staff members. Messages shown here can be filtered by date, type, or status. You are also able to reschedule messages and review the scheduling history of your messages.

If your company has Business Hours enabled, any messages scheduled through this tool will appear in the Scheduled tab of the Message Center. Please review our Messaging Settings article for more information.
